COACHING
Our goal is to offer the best and most qualified coaches in the area to teach hockey to our children. All coaches will be required to submit a coaching resume and application to our Coaching Coordinator. The Coordinator will chair a Coaches Selection Committee to review all applications and resumes and invite the most qualified coaches to go through the interview process. Coaches will be selected through this independent process based on their Experience, Hockey Educational Accreditation Level achieved, Personal Coaching Philosophy, and any other qualities that apply.

The Jr Phantoms Youth Hockey Club is a member of the New Jersey Youth Hockey League, and anticipates fielding teams at AA, A & B levels in each age group. Final level determinations will be made following the tryout process. This organization was created to utilize the many and varied resources of Flyers Skate Zone to provide players of all levels and ability an opportunity to participate in a quality travel hockey oganization.
