Our goal is to offer the best and most qualified coaches in the area to teach hockey to our children. All coaches are required to submit a coaching resume and application to our Coaching Coordinator.  Coaches are selected through an independent process based on their Experience, Hockey Educational Accreditation Level achieved, Personal Coaching Philosophy, and any other qualities that apply.   All coaches selected are required to attend an annual seminar and achieve the minimum coaching education accreditation required by USA Hockey for their respective age level coaching.  The Club will reimburse all Head Coaches for their USA Hockey CEP registration fees.  Coaches will be encouraged and trained to teach our children the basic skills required to play hockey and put each player in a position to truly enjoy the game.
